Welcome back.  I have never been to better beaches that in Destin and Ft. Walton Beach Florida.  The two towns are separated by the bay.  Luckily, when I went I was already vaccinated for COVID as where my daughters and their friends.  Again, We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort in Ft. Walton Beach, and specifically on Okaloosa Island.  Previously, I had stayed in between the James Lee Beach and Miramar Beach areas in a VRBO house.

AJ’s on the Bayou, Don Cha (Peruvian Food), Pepper’s Mexican Grill and Cantina, Parlor Doughnuts, and on the corners of Florida Place SE and Miracle Strip Pkwy go to the food trucks for coffee and breakfast.
